- Luego le añadimos la calabaza y la batata dulce en trozos de 4cm, el perejil troceado y la nuez moscada no mucha, subimos el fuego mezclamos bien y lo tapamos con el caldo hirviendo (no ponemos todo el caldo para controlar el grosor de la sopa)
- Tapamos la olla a fuego moderado hasta que estén tiernas las verduras, lo pasamos por el mixer, luego comprobar la sal y la pimienta; añadimos los guisantes ya cocidos en agua y dejamos a fuego bajo unos 10min. Y yaaaa estaaa!!!
