- Limpiar y picar la pulpa de la calabaza, poner en un bol.


- Añadir la quinoa, los tomates secos hidratados y cortados, el queso en dados, el majado de nueces y albahaca y las pasas


- Mezclar bien, salpimentar y añadir un chorrito de aceite de oliva, volver a mezclar


- Rellenar la piel de la calabaza con la mezcla y poner en una fuente apta para el horno.

- Meter al horno y dejar unos 45-50 minutos, hasta que la calabaza esté hecha. Sacar y dejar templar

- Subir el horno a 220º función gratinar
- Por encima de la calabaza rallar grana padano al gusto, poner el tomate reservado en tiras, alguna nuez y algunas pasas. Meter al horno 3-4 minutos hasta que el queso esté gratinado
