- Monta tus claras de huevo a punto de nieve e integra con la mezcla anterior. Pon sobre papel de horno intenta que quede cuadrado y con un grosor de 2 centímetros, lleva al horno 15 minutos a 200°



- Una vez pasados los 15 minutos de horneado las dejamos reposar 10 minutos con el horno apagado pero sin abrir.
- Las sacamos del horno y las cortamos en porciones pequeñas para poder comerlas sin remordimientos ¡¡ a disfrutar !!
