- Lo dejamos al fuego hasta que se guise, y al acabar, dejamos que repose un ratito. Se puede servir de dos maneras, o bien dejándolo como está o pasando la batidora, claro está quitando las costillas, las piñas, etc.
- Como ya dijimos el ñame es opcional, y también algunos ingredientes, por ejemplo le echan comino. Cada casa lo hace a su forma: no le echan calabaza, batatas, zanahorias… Si tienes gofio, lo echas en el plato del potaje, o bien preparas un gofio revuelto en una hondilla aparte.
