- Pelamos la calabaza, troceamos, lavamos y añadimos a la olla.

- En un mortero, ponemos el huevo frito el pan frito con vinagre, los dientes de ajo, perejil, cominos y sal.

- Machacamos todo muy bien.

- Añadimos colorante a la olla

- Añadimos todo lo picado a la olla.
