  10. Una vez que todos los ingredientes estén en la olla, revolvemos para que el dulce del piloncillo y azúcar se disuelva en el agua.
  11. Dejar en el fuego, durante 4 horas, para que tome la consistencia y sabor.
  12. Pasando las 4 horas debería lucir un color oscuro y la miel debe tener una consistencia levemente espesa.
