  1. El día de antes por la noche se dejan los garbanzos a remojo con abundante agua fría.
  2. **Paso 1** Preparamos los ingredientes. Picamos el ajo y la cebolla lo primero. También cortamos las zanahorias y patatas en tacos. Se cortan también las judías verdes por la mitad y la calabaza en pedazos generosos.
