  5. Cuando hayan pasado las dos horas, retiramos la mayoría del caldo, lo colamos y lo guardamos en un tarro de cristal, si no queréis hacer caldo, este paso lo omitis y solo echar el agua necesaria para cubrir las verduras.
  6. Trituramos nuestras verduras y carne asegurándonos que no quedan grumos y volvemos a llevar al fuego, cocinamos a fuego medio 5 minutos.
