  3. Le damos unas vueltas que se integren todos los sabores y añadimos agua hasta un poquito más que cubrir los ingredientes. Ponemos a hervir 30 min o hasta que los ingredientes estén blanditos.
  4. Lo siguiente es quitar algo de caldo, según la consistencia que queramos (yo quito casi todo y voy añadiendo según lo necesite y el resto lo reservo en botes de cristal para otras recetas) y añadimos los 2 quesitos (aquí lo probé y puse más jengibre) y batimos con la batidora hasta conseguir una crema.
  5. Por último, en una sartén con un poquito de aceite de oliva, freímos ligeramente los taquitos de jamón. Los añadimos a la crema y listo
  6. Servir y disfrutar 😋
