  5. Añadimos el caldo, acordaros que siempre es el doble que de arroz y un poco más. Ponemos fuego medio y dejamos entre 15 y 20 minutos, vigilando que no nos quedemos cortos de caldo, si tenéis añadir colorante para que el arroz tenga un buen color, yo no tenía y ha sido blanco.
  6. 5 minutos de reposo y a comer. Que aproveche!!!
  7. Pasados 15 minutos vigilamos y si le queda poco ponemos fuego fuerte para evaporar lo que quede de caldo y que se nos pegue un poco y tengamos socarrat que es muy rico.
