  3. En una sartén con un chorrito de aceite rehogar la cebolla, el ajo, la zanahoria y la calabaza. Salpimentar. Añadir la carne y rehogar a fuego fuerte 4´. Incorporar orégano y el polvo de shitake si se usa.
