  3. Lo añadimos a la cebolla y pochamos, la calabaza y zanahoria (yo pongo el pimientos trozos porque me gusta el gusto que deja pero no comermelo), a fuego lento, cuando no quede mucho, añadimos el vino blanco y dejamos que el alcohol se evapore y el vino reduzca
  4. Añadimos el pollo troceado y los champiñones laminados (a mi me gusta que se queden con textura), la sal, la pimienta, la cúrcuma y el curry
  5. Hervimos la pasta con el agua ya hirviendo y lo dejamos hasta que nos guste el punto (retiramos)si es para tupper y lo vais a cerrar el caliente, dejarla un pelín al dente, porque co el calor residual se puede pasar
  6. Cuando este todo listo, lo mezclamos todo, lo metemos en el tupper y ¡para el trabajo!(yo lo he puesto así porque aún no tengo tupper más grande y en mi trabajo tenemos platos etc)
