- Pasado 5 minutos, añade a la olla la calabaza, el perejil y las zanahorias. Cúbrelo con agua y déjalo 15 minutos.
- Pon el cous cous en un plato y añádele 3 cucharas de aceite de oliva y mézclalo todo bien. Añade un vaso pequeño de agua y vuelve a mezclar. Déjalo reposar 5 minutos hasta que quede seco y repite el proceso. Vuelve a añadir un vaso pequeño de agua y pon el cous cous en un colador. Coge una olla más pequeña y añade agua hasta un poquito menos de la mitad. Encima pon papel de plata y el colador con el cous cous. Tápalo bien y déjalo 15 minutos.
- En la olla grande (la primera) añadimos los guisantes, las patatas, la berenjena y lo dejamos 30 minutos.

- Pasados 15 minutos retiramos el cous cous, lo ponemos en un plato y añadimos un vaso pequeño de agua. Lo dejamos 5 minutos
- Pasados estos 5 minutos, ponemos un poco de pimienta negra, un poco de sal y 3 cucharadas de aceite de oliva. Mezclamos todo bien y volvemos a poner en la olla pequeña 30 minutos.


- Pasados 30 minutos ponemos los garbanzos, y dejamos al fuego 5 minutos. Mientras, ponemos el cous cous en un plato, añadimos la carne y las verduras encima, le añadimos el caldo de la olla grande y listo para servir!
