A mitad de cocción añadimos un poco de sal, perejil y paellador o azafrán para dar color al caldo...
  5. Cuando ya pasen esas 4 horas y comprobemos que los garbanzos están en su punto, con cuidado volcaremos el caldo (no todo) a otra cacerola y cuando rompa a hervir añadiremos los fideos y prepararemos la sopa...
  6. En mi casa preparamos "huevos tontos"... Batir 2 huevos, sal, perejil, y añadir jamón picadito... Se añaden pan rallado gluten free hasta hacer una masa suave. Haremos una especie de bolas o filetes rusos con esa mezcla, la freímos, y la añadimos a la cacerola de las carnes cuando estemos a media cocción para que se empape y cojan todo el sabor del caldo...
  7. Quedarían así... Más o menos... Para añadir al caldo y dejarlos cociendo con todo la última hora...
  8. Separar la carne a una fuente, los garbanzos y verduras a otra y la sopa en la sopera... Y listo para degustar...

  10. 2o plato garbanzos (con aceite, sal y vinagre deliciosos)
