Vertemos la crema de queso sobre la base de galletas y ponemos en el horno al baño maría 1 hora y 45 minutos a 150ºc una vez pasado este tiempo apaga el horno y la dejas enfriar dentro con el horno entreabierto.
  4. Tapa el molde abajo por fuera con papel de aluminio si es desmontable para que al hacer al baño maría no entre el agua . Espero haberla explicado bien , cuando este fría puedes adornar a tu gusto , yo he hecho una araña con dulce de leche.
