  3. Añadimos a la olla dos litros de agua o caldo de verduras, las lentejas lavadas y el curry. Yo he usado 1 cucharada de curry Madrás.
  4. A los veinte minutos añadimos a la olla la calabaza cortada en cubitos. Seguimos cociendo todo a fuego bajo y removiendo con cuidado.
  5. A los cuarenta minutos de cocción añadimos el kale bien lavado y cortado en trocitos. Dejamos a fuego bajo cinco minutos más y dejamos reposar hasta la hora de comer.
