  2. Cortamos la cebolla y con tres cucharadas de aceite las sofreímos en una sartén agregándola a la olla con el resto de verduras, incorporamos la lata de tomate frito removemos y dejamos unos 5 minutos incorporando la sal y la pimienta a gusto para que se mezclen los sabores.
  3. Podemos servirlo con un huevo frito o como acompañamiento de pescado o carne.
